To begin a Swedish weave project, all you need is yarn, weaving needle, a pattern and monk’s cloth. That is, it! It is so easy to learn and simple to do which makes it the best needlecraft ever! Students will create a table runner approximately 60 L x 22 W. Bring a $17 lab fee to be paid to instructor to cover materials. Weaving needles will be supplied and available to purchase for an additional fee if desired. Limit 10

Have you ever wanted an old fashion rag rug, but could not afford it? Come take my class and learn what fabrics you should use, how to prepare the fabric, the technique of making the "Amish Knots" and of course, how to make a rug! We will be creating a small round rug that you can take home with you and add to if you would like it bigger!Each student will receive a "needle", fabric, and a small round coaster size circle to start with. Now that you have learned the 2 stitches needed for knitting a piece, let's go farther. Learn how to make cable stitches, abbreviations used in patterns, special stitches and more. Bring your yarn and needles (any size) and we will make swatches. LIMIT 10

Bring your child to do a fun spring painting using watercolors. All supplies will be provided. Please bring a $5 lab fee to be paid to the teacher. Children ages 6 and up.

Come hang out and paint a Springtime themed picture by using acrylic paint. If you have a favorite paint brush please bring it with you to class. All brushes, canvases, paints and stencils will be provided. Bring an $8 lab fee - to be paid to the teacher the night of the class.
