WATER AEROBICS (session 2)

Calendar Nov 12, 2019 at 6 pm, runs for 5 weeks

Tuesdays and Thursdays for 5 weeks

This is a great one-hour workout! Concentrating on muscle toning and core strength, be prepared to sweat and laugh.  Working out in a pool adds resistance while you are toning and developing cardio respiratory fitness.  Please bring exercise band and hand weights to class.  NO CLASS 11/28

YOGA BASICS

NOTE: This class has been moved to Riverside Early Learning Center.

This class is designed for all fitness levels.  Come and do these simple easy-to-follow movements that take a day to learn and a lifetime to enjoy.  Bring a mat and a towel.  It is suggested that students should not eat a few hours before class.

YOGA CHAIR

NOTE: This class has been moved to Riverside Early Learning Center.

This class is a gentle form of yoga.  You will practice yoga sitting in a chair or standing using the chair for support.  Complicated maneuvers and complex movements are NOT presented in this class.  You will learn many yoga poses, breathing techniques, meditation and ways of relaxation with the aid of a chair.  Bring water, a mat and a towel.  It is recommended to not eat right before this class and give yourself a few hours to digest your meal.
