WATER AEROBICS (session 2)

Calendar Nov 12, 2019 at 6 pm, runs for 5 weeks

Tuesdays and Thursdays for 5 weeks

This is a great one-hour workout! Concentrating on muscle toning and core strength, be prepared to sweat and laugh.  Working out in a pool adds resistance while you are toning and developing cardio respiratory fitness.  Please bring exercise band and hand weights to class.  NO CLASS 11/28
