Aqua Fit is a well-rounded workout consisting of a warm up, high intensity cardio, strength training and cool down. It does not put stress on joints that a land workout creates and you will benefit from the resistance created by exercising in water. Strengthen and tone the entire body while moving to the beat of energizing music. Try this class one or two days a week!
