WATER AEROBICS - 14 Classes - Tuesdays & Thursdays - (Winter)

$70

with Sharon Vanderpool

Calendar Jan 14, 2025 at 6 pm, runs for 7 weeks

Tuesdays and Thursdays for 7 weeks

This is a great one-hour workout! Concentrating on muscle toning, core strength/balance and cardio. Be prepared to sweat. Working out in a pool adds resistance while you are toning and developing cardiorespiratory fitness. Please bring an exercise band to class along with a sense of humor. Foam hand weights are optional. Ages 16 and older. Limit 20
