SWIMMING LESSONS - Monday & Wednesday - Spring
with Lifeguards/ Varsity Athletes
Monroe Middle School - Mondays & Wednesdays - 5:15-6:15pm
Starts: March 2
8 Classes - $60
Swimmers will be divided into groups based on their experience - bubble blowers & advanced. This will be determined on the first day of class. Bubble blowers will learn floating, bubbles, bobs, kicking, & streamline. Advanced swimmers will learn freestyle & backstroke fundamentals. They will also begin learning starts & turns. (Ages 4 & up)

KIDS JIU JITSU - (monthly classes available) Spring
with Todd Williams
Monday & Wednesday 4:45-5:15pm
$110 Per Month
All kids are welcome to Monroe Jiu Jitsu to learn tips, techniques, & strategies to help them become stronger, more confident, and to better their ability to stick up for themselves if needed. From the beginner to the advanced - all kids (ages 10 & up) are welcome to join. No uniform is required, but once you start training consistently, purchasing a Gi is recommended.

WOMENS SELF DEFENSE - (monthly classes available) Spring

Ladies, join us at Monroe Jiu Jitsu to learn tips, techniques, and strategies to help you become safer if you ever find yourself in a dangerous situation. During each hour class, the instructor will cover basic information that will assist you in many self-defense scenarios. From beginner to the advanced, all women (ages 12 & up) are welcome to join. No uniform required, but once you start training consistently, purchasing a Gi is recommended.

WATER AEROBICS -Tuesdays & Thursdays - Spring

Spring - 8 Tuesdays & Thursdays April 7 & 9 6:30 – 7:30pm $80
This is a great one-hour workout! Concentrating on muscle toning, core strength/balance and cardio. Be prepared to sweat. Working out in a pool adds resistance while you are toning and developing cardiorespiratory fitness. Please bring an exercise band to class along with a sense of humor. Foam hand weights are optional. Ages 16 and older.

The Kids Power Karate Program offers traditional martial arts training to children ages 4 through 6 and emphasizes self-defense, physical fitness, conflict resolution, teamwork, and anti-kidnapping techniques. This program is designed specifically for children and teaches prevention first. It does not promote active aggressiveness, but teaches children to respect themselves, others, and the skills they learn. This introductory program to traditional Tang Soo Do has been commended by many communities, law enforcement personnel, teachers, and parents for the positive impact it has on children. It is a 20-year proven program that is positive, fun, exciting and educational. Wear loose fitting clothing. A parent or legal guardian must be in attendance for the first class to sign a waiver.
