This class will teach your child to love the water. By accompanying your child in the water, you will allow them to feel safe and secure while giving them respect for it. Spend time with your tot while having fun teaching them a valuable lesson. (6 months to 4 years old) LIMIT 12

This is a great one-hour workout! Concentrating on muscle toning, core strength/balance and cardio. Be prepared to sweat. Working out in a pool adds resistance while you are toning and developing cardiorespiratory fitness. Please bring an exercise band to class along with a sense of humor. Foam hand weights are optional. Ages 16 and older.

Try something new and shake it to a healthier and happier you!

The Monroe Swim Clubs CLUB PROGRAM is designed for children who are ready to move on from lessons and join their first swimming team! Ages 4 & up, the club program offers an exciting first step into competitive swimming. Kids will be placed into groups based on ability at the first practice. Practices will contain a planned workout consisting of warm-up, main sets, and cool down. We will also stretch every day before we train & offer changes to test their training with several local competitive swimming meets.

The Monroe Swim Club Lessons Program is designed to build skills step by step. By allowing students to master one skill before moving on to the next, our swimming lessons help kids gain confidence in the water with every lesson. Instructors will place kids in 3 groups, each based on their ability. This learn to swim program is for children ages 4 & up. Space is limited, as we keep groups small. Instructors are certified and a lifeguard is on duty. Ages 4+

The Kids Power Karate Program offers traditional martial arts training to children ages 4 through 6 and emphasizes self-defense, physical fitness, conflict resolution, teamwork, and anti-kidnapping techniques. This program is designed specifically for children and teaches prevention first. It does not promote active aggressiveness, but teaches children to respect themselves, others, and the skills they learn. This introductory program to traditional Tang Soo Do has been commended by many communities, law enforcement personnel, teachers, and parents for the positive impact it has on children. It is a 20-year proven program that is positive, fun, exciting and educational. Wear loose fitting clothing. A parent or legal guardian must be in attendance for the first class to sign a waiver.
