LITTLE NINJAS KARATE - (spring)

The Kids Power Karate Program offers traditional martial arts training to children ages 4 through 6 and emphasizes self-defense, physical fitness, conflict resolution, teamwork, and anti-kidnapping techniques. This program is designed specifically for children and teaches prevention first. It does not promote active aggressiveness, but teaches children to respect themselves, others, and the skills they learn. This introductory program to traditional Tang Soo Do has been commended by many communities, law enforcement personnel, teachers, and parents for the positive impact it has on children. It is a 20-year proven program that is positive, fun, exciting and educational. Wear loose fitting clothing. A parent or legal guardian must be in attendance for the first class to sign a waiver.

BEGINNING INDOOR ARCHERY - session 2 - (spring)

Calendar Apr 6, 2024 at 12 pm, runs for 4 weeks

Students will learn the skills of archery in a safe and fun environment with a qualified instructor. This indoor range has both 3D and paper targets which gives people of all ages a chance to feel like they are shooting in the outdoors while staying dry and warm from the Michigan weather.  All bow and arrows will be provided, or you may bring your own if desired.  (Ages  7-17) In order to participate, the child must be able to listen and follow directions in a group setting. NO CLASS ON 3/27 Limit 10

PRIVATE PIANO - (spring)

$150

Calendar Apr 8, 2024 , runs for 6 weeks

Classes are 1 hour sessions (day/times vary) $25/lesson                                          

Classes start week of April 8th at instructor’s home (6 weeks)

This one hour of private instruction time will teach you the basics of reading and playing music. Books and materials may be purchased from the instructor. Classes are scheduled on the hour. The instructor will call and set up a day and time. Ages 8 and older

DRUM LESSONS FOR BEGINNERS-Private - (spring)

$150

Calendar Apr 8, 2024 at 3 pm, runs for 6 weeks

Classes are 1/2 hour lessons (day/times vary) $25/lesson for 6 weeks

Learn the fundamentals of playing drums in the style of your choice; be it rock, blues, country or jazz. In addition to learning basic drumbeats and fills, the student will also learn to read notation and be taught to recognize and play different types of counts. An excellent class that you will really enjoy! Come and give that rock star inside of you a chance to shine!

Payment plan available: $25 deposit plus 5 payments of $25.00, paid weekly.

PUPPY TRAINING/GOOD MANNERS - (spring)

NOTE: You pay $110 per dog only, additional family members can attend free.

The AKC S.T.A.R.™ Puppy Program rewards responsible owners who take the time to train and socialize their new puppies. This program is the puppy level of the AKC’s well-known Canine Good Citizen® program. “S.T.A.R.” stands for Socialization, Training, Activity and a Responsible owner, all of the things a puppy needs to have a good life. This class is for any puppy, breed or mix under 12 months. Please bring health records with puppy on a 6-foot lead to first class. Retractable leads not allowed. (No class 2/19)

AQUA FIT - Mondays & Wednesdays - (spring)

The new and improved Aqua Fit combines methods of aerobics, Pilates, and Tai Chi to create a well-rounded water-resistant workout.  Using a combination of movements performed in both the shallow and deep end of the pool, we will strengthen and tone the entire body while moving to the beat of energizing music.  Try this class one or two times a week.  Please bring foam hand weights and a foam pool noodle to class.  Ages 16 and older.  LIMIT 20
