For beginners, we work on fundamentals. Advanced wrestlers focus on technique, strength, conditioning, & personal development. Our club will teach your athlete hard work, discipline, and many life lessons. This Co-Ed club is for all ages.

 

*MYWAY, USA, and Warzone Wrestling membership is NOT required for the County Program (memberships & individual tournaments may result in additional fees)Greco-Roman and Freestyle tournaments will also be available.*

 

Practices are Monday-Thursday

Beginners - 5:30pm-6:30pm / Advanced - 6:30pm-8:00pm

Monroe Jiu Jitsu is offering a Women's Only class! Learn self-defense techniques & tips, gain confidence, increase functional strength. Each session will go over different scenarios you could encounter in an attack. Do you have a daughter going off to college - High School - Middle school? YOU need to take this class with them!

Come discover cross country running! The Monroe Cross Country Club willl cover fundamentals (warm up, drills, workouts, warm down, etc), as well as get your athlete in shape, preparing them for the upcoming fall cross country season. 

WHERE: Munson Park     WHEN: June 17th - Aug 28th (9:00am - 10:00am) TUES & THURS      

WHO: Entering 4th grade & up     COACH: Todd Williams (2x Olympian)

July 14-18 (4th-6th) Advanced SURVIVORKIDS full day

4th-6th grade for the 2025-2026 school year 

8:30am - 3:30pm

If you have attended a previous SurvivorKids Camp (including this year), this is the camp for you! The first half of the day, campers will be with a certified teacher engaging in summer learning enhancement activities. The second half of the day, campers will continue to develop their boating, fishing, archery, and survival skills, adding in fire-building, water filtration, orienteering, water rescue, and more!    Campers will receive a water bottle and camp shirt.  Breakfast and Lunch included.
