WOODEN HALLOWEEN SIGN

Using a stencil and acrylic paint you will make a fun Wooden Halloween sign. The sign measures 25 This is the perfect way to celebrate the fall holiday season. All materials will be provided. This class is for ages 15 and up. Please bring a $10 lab fee to be paid to the instructor.
CLUB CARDIO DANCE FITNESS - Session 2

Club Cardio dance fitness offers a way to jumpstart a healthy lifestyle while learning and dancing in a positive environment. Torch calories and tone muscles by combining dance and fitness moves to high-energy hits. Club Cardio is a judgment-free zone and is perfect for participants with no prior dance experience. Try something new and shake it to a healthier and happier you!

SWIMMING LESSONS (Monroe Swim Club)

In addition to our travel competitive swim team (the USA program), Monroe Swim Club also offers 4 different levels of swimming programming. No matter your child's ability, we have a group for them! Not sure which group to put them in? No problem! During the first lessons, we will adjust groups based on their abilities. We hope to see you on deck. Swimming is a lifeskill everyone should get the opportinity to learn.

The AKC S.T.A.R.™ Puppy Program rewards responsible owners who take the time to train and socialize their new puppies. This program is the puppy level of the AKC’s well-known Canine Good Citizen® program. “S.T.A.R.” stands for Socialization, Training, Activity and a Responsible owner, all of the things a puppy needs to have a good life. This class is for any puppy, breed or mix under 7 months. Please bring health records with puppy on a 6-foot lead to first class. Retractable leads not allowed.

This class builds confidence, teaches safety, survival skills and introduces basic swimming strokes. The goal is to help participants become more familiar, capable and comfortable in the water.

LITTLE NINJAS KARATE

The Kids Power Karate Program offers traditional martial arts training to children ages 4 through 6 and emphasizes self-defense, physical fitness, conflict resolution, teamwork, and anti-kidnapping techniques. This program is designed specifically for children and teaches prevention first. It does not promote active aggressiveness, but teaches children to respect themselves, others, and the skills they learn. This introductory program to traditional Tang Soo Do has been commended by many communities, law enforcement personnel, teachers, and parents for the positive impact it has on children. It is a 20-year proven program that is positive, fun, exciting and educational. Wear loose fitting clothing. A parent or legal guardian must be in attendance for the first class to sign a waiver.
