GIRLS VOLLEYBALL - 3-6 Grade

$45

with Coaches Needed ASAP

Calendar Sep 22, 2025 , runs for 7 weeks

WHAT: NEW this season, we are offering our intramural volleyball program to girls grades 3-6.

  • 3rd-4th grade: Games at MMS
  • 5th-6th grade: Games at 5/6 Building

WHERE: Practices held at MPS Elementary Schools

WHEN: Practices-1x per week depending upon coaches’ availability - starting week of September 22nd.  Game dates: 10/5, 12, 19, & 26.

COST: $45 includes game t-shirt

Students will be notified by the coach with the practice days and times. Players will receive a complete game schedule after practices begin and the number of teams established.

AQUA FIT - 16 Classes - Mondays & Wednesdays - (Fall)

$80

The new and improved Aqua Fit combines methods of aerobics, Pilates, and Tai Chi to create a well-rounded water-resistant workout.  Using a combination of movements performed in both the shallow and deep end of the pool, we will strengthen and tone the entire body while moving to the beat of energizing music.  Try this class one or two times a week.  Please bring foam hand weights and a foam pool noodle to class.  Ages 16 and older.  LIMIT 20

PARENT/TOT SWIM - (Fall)

Calendar Sep 23, 2025 at 5 pm, runs for 5 weeks

Ages: 0 - 4

This class will teach your child to love the water. By accompanying your child in the water, you will allow them to feel safe and secure while giving them respect for it. Spend time with your tot while having fun teaching them a valuable lesson.  (6 months to 4 years old) LIMIT 12 

FALL MASON JAR DECORATION - (Fall)

Come and make a fall decoration using mason jars, acrylic paint, twine and more. This class is for ages 12 and up. All materials will be supplied. Please bring a $10 dollar lab fee to be paid to the instructor.

KNITTING-BEGINNING - (Fall)

Calendar Sep 23, 2025 at 6 pm, runs for 4 weeks

Let’s have fun knitting! With only two stitches to learn, you will be knitting dishcloths and scarves that you see at craft shows. You will also learn how to read and follow a knitting pattern. Bring a pair of size US 8 and/or US 9 knitting needles (10 inch in length) and several balls of any color “Lily Sugar-n- Cream” yarn to the first class. Ad­ditional yarn and materials that will be needed will be discussed in class. All instructions and patterns are written for right hand knitting. LIMIT 10

WATER AEROBICS - 16 Classes - Tuesdays & Thursdays (Fall)

Tuesdays & Thursdays for 8 weeks

This is a great one-hour workout! Concentrating on muscle toning, core strength/balance and cardio. Be prepared to sweat. Working out in a pool adds resistance while you are toning and developing cardiorespiratory fitness. Please bring an exercise band to class along with a sense of humor. Foam hand weights are optional. Ages 16 and older. Limit 20
