LITTLE NINJAS KARATE - Spring

Spring - 6 Mondays April 13, 20, 27 & May 4, 11, 18 6:15-6:45pm $40
The Kids Power Karate Program offers traditional martial arts training to children ages 4 through 6 and emphasizes self-defense, physical fitness, conflict resolution, teamwork, and anti-kidnapping techniques. This program is designed specifically for children and teaches prevention first. It does not promote active aggressiveness, but teaches children to respect themselves, others, and the skills they learn. This introductory program to traditional Tang Soo Do has been commended by many communities, law enforcement personnel, teachers, and parents for the positive impact it has on children. It is a 20-year proven program that is positive, fun, exciting and educational. Wear loose fitting clothing. A parent or legal guardian must be in attendance for the first class to sign a waiver.

AQUA FIT - 14 Classes - Mondays & Wednesdays - Spring

																										The new and improved Aqua Fit combines methods of aerobics, Pilates, and Tai Chi to create a well-rounded water-resistant workout. Using a combination of movements performed in both the shallow and deep end of the pool, we will strengthen and tone the entire body while moving to the beat of energizing music. Try this class one or two times a week. Please bring foam hand weights to class. Ages 16 and older.

CANINE GOOD CITIZEN/THERAPY DOG PREP - Spring
 
										
																										Spring - 6 Mondays April 13 7:15-8:15pm $130 (per dog)
The AKC Canine Good Citizen test is the foundation for therapy dog training. This class is based on teaching and training dogs with their handlers through positive reinforcement. We will prepare for evaluation and assessment for therapy dog work. Please bring health records and your pet on a 6-foot lead to class. The evaluation and certification for the AKC title will be a separate fee. Retractable leads not allowed.

Spring - 5 Tuesdays April 14, 21, 28 May 5 & 12 5-6pm $40
This class will teach your child to love the water. By accompanying your child in the water, you will allow them to feel safe and secure while giving them respect for it. Spend time with your tot while having fun teaching them a valuable lesson. 6 months to 4 years old.

ADVANCED SWEDISH WEAVING - Spring

Spring - 4 Tuesdays April 14, 21, 28 & May 5 6-8pm $50
If you enjoy Swedish Weaving, then you will appreciate the advanced class. The instructor will provide a pattern and you will create your choice of serval projects. You can choose a blanket, a craft bag, using Swedish Weaving panels, a set of place mats or even a purse. You must choose prior to class start (instructor will contact you for color choice). Bring a $30 lab fee to be paid to the instructor to cover materials. Weaving needles will be supplied and available to purchase for and additional fee if desired.

ABC'S OF MEDICARE On-Line - Spring

This free informational session explains the ABC’s regarding your rights and options with Medicare. We will add more detailed information on prescription medications for Medicare Seniors. This class is not affiliated with CMS or the federal government and is run by a non-profit agency called Sociably Secure. NOTE: This will be taught on-line only, a link will be emailed to all students prior to the start date which will allow you access to the class.
