WATER AEROBICS - 8 Classes - Tuesdays - (Fall)

Tuesdays for 8 weeks
This is a great one-hour workout! Concentrating on muscle toning, core strength/balance and cardio. Be prepared to sweat. Working out in a pool adds resistance while you are toning and developing cardiorespiratory fitness. Please bring an exercise band to class along with a sense of humor. Foam hand weights are optional. Ages 16 and older. Limit 20
HORSEBACK ENGLISH RIDING LESSONS - (Fall)

Are you horse crazy? Do you have a passion for anything “horses”? Come and experience the wonderful world of riding. Students will learn the fundamentals of English style riding. Hands on grooming, tacking and riding instruction provided by experienced instructors on our seasoned school horses. Please wear jeans or long pants and shoes or boots with a ½-inch heel. Safety helmets provided. Classes fill quickly so register early! Instructor will go over the rest of the class dates at the first class. Grades K-12. LIMIT 5

Swimmers will be divided into groups based on their experience - bubble blowers & advanced. This will be determined on the first day of class. Bubble blowers will learn floating, bubbles, bobs, kicking, & streamline. Advanced swimmers will learn freestyle & backstroke fundamentals. They will also begin learning starts & turns. (Ages 4 & up)

PUPPY TRAINING/GOOD MANNERS - (Fall)

NOTE: You pay $130 per dog only, additional family members can attend free.
The AKC S.T.A.R.™ Puppy Program rewards responsible owners who take the time to train and socialize their new puppies. This program is the puppy level of the AKC’s well-known Canine Good Citizen® program. “S.T.A.R.” stands for Socialization, Training, Activity and a Responsible owner, all of the things a puppy needs to have a good life. This class is for any puppy, breed or mix under 12 months. Please bring health records with puppy on a 6-foot lead to first class. Retractable leads not allowed.
LITTLE NINJAS KARATE - (Fall)

Ages: 4 - 6
The Kids Power Karate Program offers traditional martial arts training to children ages 4 through 6 and emphasizes self-defense, physical fitness, conflict resolution, teamwork, and anti-kidnapping techniques. This program is designed specifically for children and teaches prevention first. It does not promote active aggressiveness, but teaches children to respect themselves, others, and the skills they learn. This introductory program to traditional Tang Soo Do has been commended by many communities, law enforcement personnel, teachers, and parents for the positive impact it has on children. It is a 20-year proven program that is positive, fun, exciting and educational. Wear loose fitting clothing. A parent or legal guardian must be in attendance for the first class to sign a waiver.

CANINE GOOD CITIZEN/THERAPY DOG PREP - (Fall)

The AKC Canine Good Citizen test is the foundation for therapy dog training. This class is based on teaching and training dogs with their handlers through positive reinforcement. We will prepare for evaluation and assessment for therapy dog work. Please bring health records and your pet on a 6-foot lead to class. The evaluation and certification for the AKC title will be a separate fee. Retractable leads not allowed.
